RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We are well driven by the latest trends and keeping in mind the ethics of upcoming fashion movements. We assure quality products and efforts to provide complete satisfaction to our customers. Once the product has been delivered by us, every EXCHANGE & RETURN of the product will be subjected to terms of use, as well as the below Exchange & Return Policies. We expect that you are happy with your order, but if you are disappointed with the product, due to any defect in the product, we are very happy to initiate an Exchange or Refund.
- Exchange & Return
We offer an easy Exchange/Return Policy to our customers, where you can raise an Exchange/Return request of products purchased on www.cotoncroton.com, for all products except which are sold under SALE or any OFFER. The return/exchange request can be made within 3 days after the delivery of the product(s). We also accept partial returns where you can raise a return request for one or all products of your order. Also ensure partial return will not mean return/exchange of used products within an order. Once you receive the order, please make sure you make an unboxing video of product so you have a video & photo proof required to process any refunds or claims.
Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return
- The returned product should be same as dispatched, unwashed, unaltered, and unused as our team will verify at our end.
- Returns & Exchanges are allowed with products of the same or higher price.
- Accessories or gift items cannot be exchanged.
2. Exchange & Return online
Login to your account on www.cotoncroton.com and place an exchange and/or return request form the “My Orders” section.
We will initiate a return pick up once your request is received. The product should be properly packed and ensure that the product is unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the brandings are intact.
Return Pick-up facility for exchange is offered in selected area, depending on the pin codes serviced by our courier partners. If you choose to schedule a pick-up –
- Properly pack the product in a packet and do not seal the packet
- Keep the packet ready and open to accelerate the pickup process
Our partner will firstly verify the product at the time of pickup and a quality check of the product will be conducted at our warehouse.
If the return pick-up option is not available in your area, you can courier/speed post the product to our warehouse. Please do mention the Order ID on the package with original invoice.

- Cancellation & Refund
A stress-free cancellation process for our esteemed customers:
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped, by going into the My Accounts section of www.cotoncroton.com portal and placing a cancellation request. Once order is cancelled your order amount will be refunded to the source account.

Refunds will be approved only in the below cases:
- Genuine quality issues
- If a wrong item has been delivered to you
No refunds will be given in the below cases:
- Design and color variations
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition
Refunds will be processed only after receiving of product and quality checks completion.
Claiming Refunds:
Our refund process will take about 3 to 7 working days after initiating the same. Refund will be credited to the original payment method used for making order payment.

Color
We assure genuine products made with highest care and we ensure the quality of our products but due to the nature of fabrics we do not guarantee any color bleeding.
Sizing
Fitting of our clothing depends on the multiple factors like cut, stitching and style of every garment. Some of the garments are designed to have a loose and relaxed fit and some are styled to be more fitted. Please review size chart available with each product to select the best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can slightly different.
Color Display
The color of the actual products may differ from the ones displayed on the website due to different screen resolution of monitors or mobile devices.
Wash care
We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as mentioned on the production description and follow the same to avoid any damages to it.
- Transactional Disputes
Transactional Disputes if any, would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damages arising, directly or indirectly, from to decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer, having exceeded the pre-set mutual limit agreed by them with their bank.
